Paraphrasing Shakespeare
I created Paraphrasing Shakespeare for use in my classroom to help my students understand what paraphrasing is, how to paraphrase, why paraphrasing is used and when to paraphrase in their writing. While Paraphrasing Shakespeare was created for the classroom, it is equally valuable as an aid in home schooling or as an aid for parents helping their children learn vocabulary.
I also created a companion presentation, All About Paraphrasing, which is available here as well.
You can view Paraphrasing Shakespeare online here on my website (click here), or if you would like to use my presentation offline, such as in your classroom, you can download it without charge through this link to Paraphrasing Shakespeare at HighPoint Publishing, Inc. The presentation is available there in both MS PowerPoint (suitable for classroom display or editing) and Adobe PDF (suitable for printing and handouts).
Please feel free to use my presentation in your classroom or home.
If you have any questions of issues with the presentation, please contact me online through this website.
